Accounting and auditing engagements
Public website content and an initial enquiry do not create a professional engagement. Accounting, audit-support, internal-control, review, or assurance work begins only after the parties approve a written engagement defining the objective, scope, period, responsibilities, records required, confidentiality and secure-transfer arrangements, fees, timing, deliverables, limitations, and applicable professional requirements.
CAC registration identifies the operator’s registered business activities; it is not presented as an audit-practice licence. Website and application reports do not constitute a statutory audit opinion. Any statutory audit or regulated assurance service will be accepted, performed, and signed only by appropriately qualified, licensed, and registered professionals where required.
Clients remain responsible for the completeness and accuracy of records they provide, management decisions, internal controls, and representations made during an engagement. Confidential financial records must not be sent through the public contact form.
1. Agreement and operator
These terms form an agreement between you and MO Goddess Concepts, the operator of the Millions Osusu Goddess service (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, using the service, joining a plan, or accepting an updated policy in the app, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, the privacy notice, the refund and cancellation policy, and the current rules displayed for each plan you join. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility, registration, and account safety
- You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet all eligibility rules displayed for the service and selected plan.
- You must provide accurate, current personal information and a valid means of identification when required.
- You must complete OTP, profile, registration-fee, KYC, policy-acceptance, and other enabled onboarding steps before accessing restricted features.
- You are responsible for protecting your device, password, OTP, and transaction PIN and for notifying us promptly of suspected compromise.
- You must not create fraudulent or unauthorized accounts, impersonate another person, or transfer an account without approval.
Registration fees, where enabled, are displayed before payment and may be changed, waived, reduced, or disabled for future registrations. Payment must be verified before fee-dependent registration is complete.
3. Savings plans and member commitments
Each plan has independent terms, contribution amount, frequency, duration, capacity, schedule, deadlines, grace period, penalties, payout order and method, KYC requirement, and status. The current plan detail and guideline popup are authoritative for that membership.
- You must read and explicitly accept the current versioned guidelines before joining.
- You must pay contributions on or before the applicable deadline. Late payments may attract the disclosed penalty.
- Missed contributions remain your responsibility and must be cleared as required before continued participation, payout, withdrawal, or other restricted benefits.
- Failure to pay without prior notice may result in suspension or removal under the applicable rules.
- Membership in one plan does not automatically satisfy obligations in another plan.
- Payout dates and positions are subject to the selected plan, complete contributions, valid account status, and all other published conditions.
The service administers contribution commitments and does not promise investment returns or guarantee that another member will meet an obligation.
4. Payments and transaction status
Use only payment methods offered through the official app. The service may support payment cards, bank transfer, USSD, or other channels made available by the payment processor.
A payment is accepted as successful only after server-side verification of its reference, status, expected amount, currency, and account owner. A redirect, screenshot, debit alert, receipt, or mobile callback alone is not proof of success. You are responsible for checking the final status displayed in the app and reporting a discrepancy promptly.
Do not reuse references, manipulate checkout, submit fake receipts, make unauthorized reversals, or attempt duplicate financial credit. Suspected duplicate, failed, pending, or incorrect payments must be reported rather than repeated without checking.
5. Wallets, payouts, and withdrawals
The deposit wallet records eligible incoming funds and is not directly withdrawable under the current rules. Eligible plan payouts are credited to the payout wallet, which is the only withdrawable wallet.
Before payout, the service may check plan completion, beneficiary position, current contribution status, outstanding obligations, account status, wallet, amount, and currency. Before withdrawal, the service may also require approved KYC, a transaction PIN, valid bank information, minimum and maximum limits, a configured percentage or fee, sufficient available funds, and no withdrawal blocker.
Withdrawal requests may be reviewed, reduced with a stated reason, declined, cancelled while eligible, processed, paid, or reversed. Financial history is retained through immutable entries and controlled compensating records rather than deletion.
6. Optional loan features
Loan applications may be available only when enabled. Availability is not an entitlement or promise of approval. Applications may require identity and bank information, purpose, amount, consent, accuracy declarations, evidence, KYC approval, and an applicable maximum amount.
Approved loans, disbursements, repayments, waivers, overdue status, and settlement are recorded separately from deposit and payout wallet balances. Specific loan terms shown during application and approval apply in addition to these general terms.
7. Prohibited activity and member conduct
You must not:
- commit fraud, submit fake receipts or transfers, steal identity, manipulate records, exploit payments, or seek an unfair financial advantage;
- share or solicit passwords, OTPs, transaction PINs, recovery codes, or another person’s account access;
- attack, scrape abusively, reverse engineer unlawfully, tamper with, disrupt, or bypass the service’s security or access controls;
- threaten, harass, abuse, impersonate, intimidate, or direct hate speech toward members, staff, or partners;
- use the service for unlawful activity or provide materially false information.
Dishonest activity may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure and may be reported for legal action.
8. Warnings, suspension, plan cancellation, and account closure
We may warn, temporarily suspend, block, close, or archive an account where permitted by the applicable rules, including for fraud, security risk, non-payment, failed eligibility, abusive conduct, manipulation, legal requirements, or material breach. Affected users should receive notice where appropriate and lawful.
A plan may be cancelled for fraud, regulatory, technical, or management reasons. Affected members will be notified and the applicable resolution will follow the plan records, payment status, refund policy, law, and authorized management decision.
You may request account deletion. Completion may be delayed by a cancellation window, unresolved balances, active plans, withdrawals, loans, disputes, investigations, or record-retention duties. Certain financial, audit, fraud, and legal records may be anonymized or retained rather than deleted.
9. Service availability, changes, and responsibility
We aim to provide accurate records and reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, device problems, security events, legal requirements, or circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt service.
Fees, rules, penalties, features, and policies may change. Changes apply prospectively unless a lawful correction or security action requires otherwise. Material updates will be communicated, versioned, and presented for acceptance where required.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for loss caused by a member sharing credentials, authorizing an improper payment, supplying incorrect details, ignoring a disclosed obligation, or using an unofficial channel. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Complaints, disputes, applicable law, and contact
Report financial disputes through official customer support within 48 hours of the issue. Provide the plan or transaction reference, a clear description, and supporting evidence through the authenticated ticket feature where possible. We may need to verify identity before discussing an account.
Applicable law and mandatory consumer-protection requirements apply. Before court proceedings, the parties should first use the official complaint process and any mandatory dispute process.
